We completely renovated both condos with one goal in mind—to create the kind of mountain retreat where we would love to stay ourselves. From comfortable furnishings and modern décor to cozy fireplaces, fully equipped kitchens, and Smart TVs in every room, we have thoughtfully designed each space.
Meet Stitch, our lovable Bernedoodle and official Chief Happiness Officer (CHO). While Stitch won't be staying at the condos (our properties are not pet-friendly), you'll see his smiling face on our website and guest materials. He represents the joy, relaxation, and happiness we hope every guest experiences.

“John and Carol’s condo is perfect. Sometimes staying at a condo isn’t the first choice because you want the privacy and seclusion especially in a mountain getaway. However, this condo is the perfect location; building at the end of the complex bumping up to the forest and it’s the top floor, end unit! Couldn’t be better! It’s peaceful and just the right size for a solo traveler or couple/small family. It had everything you needed for any length of time - the washer and dryer in the unit is a plus! It’s beautifully decorated and cozy. Plus John and Carol are very responsive and easy to work with, they make great hosts! The condo is also a great central location to get to Banner Elk, Linville, Boone or Blowing Rock. It’s perfect to be able to cover a lot of ground and hit all popular Western NC attractions and hiking spots! Restaurant’s, shops and grocery stores within a short drive.”
